The boys of  J.V. football at Dundalk High really started off strong. They kept up momentum to win. They have played 9 games and won all 9 shut outs. They haven’t had a loss yet this year. Coach Deming stated “This is my first year coaching at Dundalk, and I couldn’t have asked for a better season. It was the perfect season. They were commited from day one. I am amazed at what these young men have accomplished. They were 9-0 and outscored opponents 269 to 8. That is unheard of at any level of football. A lot of great things are happening at Dundalk High”. They put their heads in the game and accomplished what they focused on winning. Dwayne Marshall stated “ We are a very good team with a lot of talent. We were undefeated because we worked hard. At the beginning of the year we all said we wanted to be champions, so that is what we achieved for. It all starts in practice and play with positive attitudes”. The team has made an effort this year. Wayne Maddox stated “ My opinion about the team is that we had a lot of unexpected talent in the beginning of the season. We work hard everyday in practice so it pays off at game time. Even with our past upsets of getting scored on, we got passed it and moved on”. The coaches are very proud of the team, some coaches being the first year coaching at Dundalk. Coach Downes Jr. stated “Coaching a team with a want and a will to win, while dealing with on and off the field obstacles was simply fantastic.
